does anyone know the EASIEST way to do this? I've already tried numerous ways and it just isn't working. can someone please tell me an easy applications or guide to this to use?

p.s.... i am using windows

Have you tried the new version of Customize (available via Installer.app) as it now allows you to change both bubbles? :laugh2:
