Problem with ibrickr

When I try and run it, I get the page please wait while trying to communicate with iphone, but it just sits there and nothing happens. Am I supposed to do something special?

usually when this happens to my iBrickr i jus restart the computer n it works again

when thslis happens to me i just unplug the iphone frpm the computer aj then i plugbit back im. Or i close down ibrickr and then just load it up again.
