Speaker and Vibrate Features

How do they stack up compared to a Motorola RAZR?

I am wondering if you can actually feel the vibration or is it useless and if the speaker phone actually works well. These are two features I would really like to be able to use all the time.

Thoughts, complaints?

Speakerphone works good but not loud enough for louder environments. Vibrate is great. I had a razor before the iphone and never used the razor speaker and could never feel the vibrate. The iphone vibrate is much better.
