Syncing my Safari bookmarks with iPhone

I had my Safari bookmarks synced with my iPhone and when I reinstalled apptapp they arent synced anymore.. How can I get them synced again. I have so many websites saved on my comp and want them on the phone. Im sure its something simple... any ideas??

Do you have a .mac account? That's how I sync all my computers, including iPhone.

I dont have a .MAC account but I had all my bookmarks synced just yesterday.. I restored it and reinstalled apptapp and now there gone.
