Are you trying to download it FROM your Iphone? If so..it won't work.

Download it from your PC (or MAC) and install from there.

Install App.Tapp on your computer, use it to install installer.app on your iPhone. Use installer.app on your iPhone to install most of the other apps available.

Just follow the directions on the page you linked to.

so I download it to my computer then what sorry im new to this.....

And what does this do?

it give me the capability to down load summerboard? on my iphone...

im trying to make the themes and icons different...
i see people have changed there icons how do they do that?

i see some people have an IM or something icon does that bring them to like imflickerwebsite or is it an actual application it loads up?

Okay so i have the summerboard and everything loaded on my phone... :)

How do i change the dock applications?

I see in all the screen shots a im CHAT icon how do i get that?

and how do i get the installer launch and other icons or programs i installed into like a folder of SMB prefrences? type thing?

Did you try a search for dock applications? That may help. I downloaded the xlaunch to get them all into one place. You can change the dock appearence with customize and the apps that go with it. There are a bunch of really cools customizing tools in that app, but you have to dowload the other apps that go with it under the section IMAGES.
