iphone apps speakers not working

today i downloaded Installer Ants Balls iLauncher Light Navizon Sensors Sketches SMBPrefs TTR and VNotes. after i did that my exteral speaker stopped working and i cant look at voicemail. anybody know the problem

earphones arent working either

i really need some help my dad said if it doesnt work by tonight he will take it away from me because i "hacked" it and messed it up. i deleted all of the apps but one wont delete the one called Installer so plz plz help me i really like my phone and want to keep it

Do a full restore from iTunes if you want to get it back to normal.

i restarted it and all (takes forever) and every thing is warking fine except the vocemail. when i tap it it starts calling voicemail instead of visual what can i do to stop that

You are going to need to call at&t to fix the VVM problem.
