What is wrong with my camera? (PIC)

So I was at the preliminary redbull air races and took some pics today and they all looked like this. Anyone had these problems?

It doesn't work... Replace the phone.

Did the screen look this way when you were taking the pic?
Did it just start doing this or has it always been this way?

How does the lense look? It doesn't have any of that clear, protective film over it does it? Wondering if they possibly forgot to remove it at the factory.

partial lens refraction... replace... it will cost more than the phone to fix...
