Creating a smart playlist with more than one genre?

Does anyone know how to create a smart playlist that looks at more than one genre? I know that in WMP11 you can create a playlist where you can have more than multiple genres in a playlist (example - any music rated 5 stars that is either rock or alternative).

As you cannot combine OR and ANDs in a single playlist:

Create two playlists

1. Alt-and-Rock
'Match ANY of the following rules'
'Genre is alt'
'Genre is rock'

2. Alt-and-Rock-5-star
Match ALL of the following rules
playlist is alt-and-rock
rating is *****

Play the Alt-and-Rock-5-star playlist.
