Anyone recommend a great headset on the apple site for small ears?

While I don't have small ears, they're not dumbo's either. I use the Jawbone. it's got multiple hoops to adjust for ear sizes, and four different ear pad inserts for the inside of your ear. Plus, there's a site that offers customized ear inserts for the jawbone - I don't know what it is, since I'm happy with mine out of the box.
