Video Sizing?

Ok so I put my first videos on my iPhone and I noticed that some of the picture is cut off on the left hand side. Does anyone know how to resize it so that I don't miss any of the picture? Thanks for any help

Is your video 720 x 400?

What does it look like when you tap the little resize button in the upper right corner?

When I tap the resize button on the top right I get black bars on both sides but part of the right side picture is missing. Is there a good program to rip DVDs to the correct size?

Use handbrake. It is free and has presets for ipod video.

I have handbrake but can't quite seem to figgure out how to use it. I ripped the video to my HDD with DVDShrink it is on the hard drive. When I select the source and destination folders I tell it to encode and it only takes about a second but the video doesn't go to the destination folder. Any ideas?

Thank you. I want to try SUPER tonight to do some avi files, but I wanted to make sure the sizing was the same.
