iPod touch is part iPhone?

cant comment on how credible just found on digg.com from some user, doesnt look like it was photoshopped though

Looks like allot of the code, or at least the unlock code was simply copied over to the Touch and the programmers didn't double check it. It will probably be fixed in an update.
