HELP!! iPhone and video files

I am trying to upload files converted from WMV to MPEG-4 onto my iPhone.
I have a Windows XP PC. iTunes does not see the files I have placed into my Documents folder. What do I need to do to get the MPEG-4 files onto my iPhone?

Just iTunes. Make sure the files are properly labeled (.m4v for example) for iTunes to recognize them.

The files need to be imported in to iTunes.

From iTunes Choose | File | Add to library and browse to the folder taht hods your converted videos.
