syncing w/ entourage

Is there a way to sync with entourage without having to fiddle around with ical?

All you need to do is setup sync services in Entourage and select Entourage calendar in iTunes (set record entering made on iPhone to same) and rock and roll - once this has been done it automatic - nothing else needs to be done

what about contacts??

Either select all contact or sub-sets - note iPhone does not split them by sub-set they all appear in a single contacts list (a SW I'd like to see)
