Please Help with Yahoo Mail...not getting it now...

I have only had my phone a couple days, so go easy on me :laugh2:
Yesterday I was notified any time an email came through my Yahoo account (which that is what I have it set up with).
Nothing has came through today, and so I checked my laptop, and sure enough I had 10 messages in my inbox.
Do I need to do synch this email account every day....am I doing something wrong?
Any suggestions as to why all of a sudden my mail isn't crossing over?

There is another thread on this here. I just posted in it a few hours ago. You are not alone. I am not having this issue though.

The yahoo push is really off and on. Will work great for a while, then just totally quit. There are ALOT of us out there with this problem.
