u have been in contact with apple for several days, apparently i have the first reported case of this, my iphone works fine but when i plug into the computwer it makes iTunes freeze, seperately each works but togheter they do not work at all. I have uninstalled/reinstalled 7.4.1 A BILLION TIMES and nothing seems to work, apple sent me a new phone for the time being because they had me to a forced master reset, in which reactiviating within itunes is neccessary, and because my phone still didnt work they sent me a new one while they repair it, well i got the SERVICE phone in the mail and guess what..... Same problem so im looking more internally now
