ringtone help please

Hey is anyone else having this problem when i go to create a ringtone the "Buy" button after you select what portion of the song you want to use is not there the only 2 buttons that show up are the preview button and the loop time button it appears there are supposed to be two additonal buttons there but they are not and you cannot scrool over so... you are unable to create a ringtone. Any help would be apreciated

The best advice I can give you is unistall and re-install or repair iTunes. Or just make your own and save the money. :foot:
