Check it out. It works and is easy. Posted on other spots on this site because this is just too damned good for people to miss!!!! SOrry if you've seen this already.

I keep trying to do this and it is not working. I converted my mp3 file of the office theme and how I met your mother theme to aac. After that when I open it I add the .m4r to the end of the file. It just erases the .m4r part once it is uploaded back in iTunes.
