Ok, What I am looking for is someone that can crack the touch screen programming. The reason? to start work on a copy/paste feature.
Currently, if you double-tap the screen, it either does a slight zoom in or back out. That particular code is what needs to be expanded on. the additional code would basically say, "if screen is double-tapped and the second tap is held down, the user can, while still touching the screen, drag their finger over text to highlight. When finger is removed from screen, area should remain highlighted, and copy & paste "buttons" should show up in the corners of the screen. the user can then tap the screen once to place the cursor, and then tap paste to input the copied text."
This would also have to interface, but not interfer with the current feature that if you hold your finger over a line of text, you get a magnified view of cursor placement.
I know it cannot be that difficult, but at the same time, I know that it's no walk in the park either, or it would have been done already.
So, anyone out there got some skills they would like to show off?
