I bought my refurbished 4gb iphone and it is still eligible for return, but it is not eligible for a price protection credit. How is that possible? The rep told me they have to draw a line somewhere, and apparently it was on August 22, I bought mine on August 21st. I told her it doesn't make much sense since mine is eligble for a return for me to buy a refurbished 8gb, have it shipped to me, then return my 4gb to apple costing them more money. I am perfectly find keeping mine as it and receiving credit for it, but now I have to put myself and the company through more of a hassle then there needs to be. Anyone else have any confusing stories like this? After I explained it to the rep she was like "wow that doesn't make much sense, I don't know why we don't credit everyone who is eligible for a return".
