By the time you collected enough phyiscal signatures to make a petition, you'd probably be past the 30 days. Better make that 90 days. :tounge:

The iPhone has only been out for what...2 1/2 months? Why punish the earliest adopters? If any refund is to be given, I think it should extend all the way back to day one.

agreed, all or nothing, refunds for everyone, or no refunds. this is really annoying, we should be talking about the new products, not feeling buyer's remorse.
