Sure, you can do that no questions asked. Or, if you really like your phone (i.e. no dead pixels, etc.) you could just ask for a price adjustment since you're only 9 days in.

Yes I'll hope they will allow that option, I'm happy with the phone, haven;t noticed anything wrong. Would save them & me the hassle.
