Can't Jailbreak after 1.0.2 update!

I just did a restore and update to version 1.0.2 on my iphone, which then got locked again, then I tried to jailbreak it again using ibrickr 8, everything went through ok but the phone is still locked and won't let me access wifi and ipod, I can even install apps on the iphone using the ibrickr 8, but I won't be able to access them with my iphone.

I'm really frustraded, can someone point me to the right direction and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

.. Have you tried activating it in iTunes?

its not activated in itunes, but if I want to do that it asks about my billing information and they will charge me.
