I called incase support team and they told me that they've been getting a lot of complaints that the case has been cutting out signals for mor people with the new 3GS than those with the 3G. However they to have been getting the same complaints with the 3G as well.

As soon as I remove the incase slider from my iPhone 3g I immediently get my bars back. So with that said it is obvious that my iPhone is not the issue. To reply to your response about the incase slider only being plastic I must say your wrong. It is a battery pack also. As soon as the iPhone plugs into that battery pack, the incase slider, I lose my signal bars completely.

Incase support told me that I need to just return it and they can't fix the problem that they will be releasing a new one that will solve this problem around the coming holidays.

To bad cuz I kind of like this case, however there are way to many provle
s people are reporting about it. You may not be experiencing problems similiar but many others are.
