There is no direct way that I know of. You need to have Entourage sync with ical, Notes, and AddressBook or all to .me and then sync to the iPhone via iTunes.....or to the 'cloud' via .me.
Go to Entourage/Preferences/Sync Services and choose which ones to sync.
