Use Pwnage Tool to Jailbreak it (Mac only). There is a link for the official Bittorrent release here, http://blog.iphone-dev.org/post/1264...ois-drei-h-rom. That will restore the phone, jailbreak it, and put Cydia and Icy on it. Choose restore to factory settings, when prompted in iTunes.
