Wow, talk about great customer service. I heard directly from the CEO in Netherlands where the 3G Juice company is based. He has offered me another 3G Juice product I inquired about, 1800 mAh, which is just one piece and no cables required. He will give it to me for free and also offered to let me keep the Major Mojo for free. I told him I had already shipped it back to Amazon, however. I was very impressed with such customer service which is quite rare these days. If you want great customer service this is the product I would recommend.
