What are you trying to sync Notes to? I think the option is for Outlook, but don't quote me on that. If you aren't syncing your contact and calendars to a program that has "Notes" in it, then I think iTunes automatically removes that option. Notes will get backed up like they always have, but you won't have access to them like you would if you had Outlook or other program with a Notes section.
I'm on a Mac. I don't use Outlook. I just started using Notes on my phone. I sync Calendars, but as I said, as soon as I hit
Sync, iTunes unchecks the box? I guess I could email the Notes to myself. I don't understand the
Sync notes in the Notes sections of iTunes, I guess.
