So I have been looking around for a program that could compress some videos I have on my computer to ipod format.. but I CANNOT find one. (Why oh why did Apple make it so complicated to put a video on an ipod/iphone)

All I need is a software that..

1. Has to be for windows. (yes I run a PC)

2. Is free.
