Why the hell must I learn about these things AFTER I BUY THE PRODUCT!!!
I research and research but I still get screwed.
Why would sony not include voice controls for a product they knew would get a lot of attention? Why would Apple lock volume controls if they knew there are bluetooth profiles that enable volume control?
I can't even go back to the store because they say they only allow exchanges on defective units.
