Im pretty sure the battery life complaint will start up again. What makes me upset is that people are complaining for nothing. The battery in the v1 Iphone could keep a RAZR alive for weeks.

The batteries are suited for the demands of the device. The iPhone guzzles power and data like a game of hungry hippos. People should be happy that the iPhone does this well with todays batt tech.
I know!! People don't get that the iphone is almost constantly using data, their RAZR wasn't. The iphone is a data intensive device that imo has amazingly long battery life for what it does. You are right, if the iphone battery were in any typical phone it would be unbelieveable how long it would last. Apple is always going to add updates to the os to minimize battery drainage and when new phones come out they will try as hard as they can to get the battery last a little longer. Your iphone is basically a macbook nano that can access the internet everywhere, so the battery is pretty darn good for what it does. Someday they will come out with something that makes a huge difference, but don't expect it to be very soon.
