I haven't really seen many apps lately that impress me as being very original and useful, but Clickonradio certainly qualifies. It basically lists all radio stations in your area, their current playlist and playlist history, and provides audio samples and links to buy the song.

I just got the free lite version; the full version will play most stations live as well. But even the free version is better than Shazam for figuring out a track on the radio. Even after you get home.
