I can't enter my Remote Passcode into iTunes because the passcode entry boxes don't appear when I select my iPhone under 'Devices'. And the icon on the left doesn't change to the Remote symbol. I use the iPhone through WiFi all the time for other things. I've also checked the 'Look for Remotes' in edit
references:devices. Any suggestions welcome. I've also tried turning off my firewall. Any help appreciated.
