1. Yes happened to mine.
2. No I had an Arctic one and it still sags
3. I love the case design and it protects really well, but the Sag will annoy you and so will the dirt that gets trapped inside Switcheasy's logo on the back of the case.
4. I've emailed Switcheasy about 9 times asking for my replacement, showing pictures, providing information. I havent received anything in the mail, nor have i got a reply back in email.

Very $]-[!††y Company when it comes to customer Service. If i wasnt buying the new and upcoming iPhone i'd look into buying the Speck Candy Shell Case.

Its a very nice Alternative, and Almost All Apple Stores sell Speck Products so returning/exchanging for issues is no problem.
