Sorry for the bump, but I'm doing a little research on some things regarding the iPhone and found this post via Google.

I've seen insistence from several users that the AT&T Wireless Data T&C explicitly states that an Enterprise Data Plan is mandatory for Microsoft Direct Push (Exchange syncing).

I downloaded the 13-page TOS and have read through the entire thing and found nothing to this effect. If it's true that it states in the TOS that an Enterprise Data Plan is required to use Exchange, I'm just curious to see (as in, with a direct quote and a pointer to the page or PDF where it can be found) where that's actually stated.
