Most definitely it is Copyright ed, in fact patented by WMS Gaming. I have sent an email to them regarding the matter but have yet to hear a reply. It is such a huge company that i don't know if it even went through. If i ever go about distributing any copies, they will of course be freeware mentioning all respective rights and properties. Although i have spent countless nights altering the coding and images, all the images are NONE of my own doing so i don't intent on infringing on any copyrights, let alone try to make money off of anyone else's ideas.
Your idea of making it into an actual money making app approved by the original company would be freakin awesome but i doubt it would ever get that far. thanks for the suggestions though!
