Better OS, better design, longer/wider screen, better resolution, mms/copy-paste/text forwaring, sending SMS to more than one person, 32GB+ storage size, better Bluetooth that works with all phones and comptuers, and better security so it wouldn't get jailbroken. I'm sure there are a lot more but those are the only ones I can recall for now.
