I received my iWood 3G Today, I sent them 'some' feedback:

1. The (wooden) volume buttons are "WAY" to difficult to push. I AM NOT THE INCREDIBLE HULK!

----------------------------

2. The (wooden) Sleep/Wake button is "PERFECT". It feels just right. WHAT A RELIEF, PHEW! Good job on that!

EDIT: If it was a little easier to push I wouldn't complain.

----------------------------

3. The case is TOO "slippery. I can see myself dropping my iPhone out of my hand with this case on it. If I do I will be angry. I suggest you think about this when doing a redesign. I will not recommend this case to anyone until I see a redesign. ALSO: Could I suggest you offer your current iWood 3G customers a "discount" if they want to buy a "REDESIGNED" iWood 3G?

----------------------------

4. THE DOCK? The dock needs to be redesigned also. The only reason to bother buying the dock is for docking-convenience. TO SAVE TIME AND PHYSICAL ENERGY. You 'currently' have to remove the iPod cable from the dock, put it into the iPhone, and then re-dock. This defeats the purpose of the dock completely. The problem: The 20 pin iPod connector (on the cable) goes down too far inside the dock, there's nothing to force it into the iPhone 3G - no matter how hard you press the phone down onto the dock, it simply pushes the cable DOWN INSIDE THE DOCK. There needs to be a 'STOP' inside the dock, so the cable is forced to go into the iPhone port when the iPhone is pushed down onto the dock by the user.

----------------------------

5. I cannot reach the Silent/Ringer switch, the iWood 3G frame is in the way. I have regular fingers, NOT FAT, but have no nails, the case is badly designed right there. I am going to have to file the wood down to get at this button, and this makes me sad - as the case looks SO VERY PRETTY.

----------------------------

6. I appreciate that the case is hard to take apart so it doesn't fall off the iPhone, but I think you went too far. IT'S PRACTICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO REMOVE THE CASE. The case locking mechanism should be slightly redesigned in my opinion.

EDIT: This was fear on my part, the wood feels so light I was convinced it would break (if you owned one you'd know what I mean), if you give it a proper pull it comes apart fine. The trick is "no fear".

----------------------------

I hope you guys take in all that feedback, I am been as honest as I can. I appreciate all the hard work you must have done to make this case, I bought this case because IT'S CLEARLY THE MOST BEAUTIFUL IPHONE 3G CASE YOU CAN GET. But I am a little let down. For the high price I paid, a few things about this case just aren't GOOD ENOUGH in my opinion. The camera hole is a little off-line for example, another little thing that takes away from a case that looks so pleasing to the eye.

MY RATING: C-

Thank you.
