I will continue to access my email via exchange as long as it allows me too. $45 dollars is a complete ripoff and is in my opinion, taking advantage of people. I had corporate access thru Sprint for $15!! If AT&T can't place restrictions or monitor access to corporations maybe they should use some of that money to figure out how to. I think it is great that you have the morals and live by an ethical code, but please don't expect the rest of us to just bend over and take it.
