As I said in my original post, you can sync Exchange on the $30 plan (a plan which is, by the way, documented on the link I presented), but it's outside of the terms of service to do so. Therefore, whether or not you do it is not guided by any technical limitation. It is purely a decision of ethics.

My eithics say that if it's not illegal (meaning by law of my state) then I am not doing anything wrong, except getting what I need for less $. I assure you I am not alone. Hey, if you feel like giving away $15 per month to ATT, I have no problem with that; it's your money.
