If they do have documentation that says that corporate email is "any email behind a firewall", I would be seriously surprised. I don't know of ANY email service that's NOT behind a firewall.

I don't know what the 'terms of service' state, but I have Exchange Direct Push email coming to me and I am on the personal $30 data plan. What happens if I were using push email from MobileMe or Yahoo or maybe I signed up for an account at 4smartphone.com because I wanted push email and calendar? Is ATT going to force me to buy a $15 more expensive plan because of the technology I use to receive my mail?
Also, your link does not point to any relevant iPhone data plans. It points to all data plans except the iPhone ones.
