With all the problems people have had, it's good to hear some good news to counterbalance the bad. I too have had issues with Outlook 2007 on XP Pro, but once I moved all the contacts and calendars off Exchange and onto a .pst file, I just do a one-way sync from the cloud to Outlook at the beginning of each day, and that way I have an updated Outlook calendar for that work day. The one-way works--two way doesn't have my confidence. But like you, all Apple products sync beautifully!
