A SELECT ALL or MASS DELETE option is kind of a no brainer.

Dont get me wrong people, i am an Apple ADDICT. I have ONLY owned Apple/Mac computers since I was a child, never once a PC. I switched a 10 person company that I used to work with over to Mac from PC. I convinced both my brothers, both who were hard-core PC users to switch.

I am just shocked that with all the buzz and hype, that Apple cut corners on such simple things.
So part of the reason your returning it is because you can't "mass delete" e-mail? That is something Apple can fix, and probably will, easily.
