It's under warranty for a year, but you need to deal directly with Apple, not AT&T. You can make an appointment online to have a Genius look at it. I'm on my third phone since iDay2. The first one had a messed up BT radio, the second just had a cosmetic issue that was bugging me. They want you to be happy. In my experience, Apple's customer service is top notch.
