The Problem is that the wifi atenna is broken in the iPod Touch/iPhone so you either dropped it or its just a manufacturing problem either way call apple and if you have a apple store near you, you can exchange it but if your not so lucky like me you'll have to call and get it sent it. They'll send you a box and you'll send it to them to either get it fixed or give you a new one. You'll have it in about a week hope this helps.
