I got one zuluworks they're only like $8, come in different colors and two styles. So far I like it. it's more of a holster than a case, but it clips to my messenger bag, which makes it easy to answer calls while on my bike. (using the one headphone and mic control)

I got this one:

the other style has a flap and slots for sim cards. zuluworks makes stuff for pilots, the sim card slots are for different reigons I guess.
