I use TubeHunter Media Center. It converts any file to practically any other format you'd like. Unfortunately, it's not free but if you purchase TubeHunter Ultra they will also send you the registration code for the Media Center which is a DVD ripper, iPod/Zune/PSP/iPhone video converter and audio/video format converter. I don't have a link handy so you'll have to Google it.
