Down boy!

So here's the thing. I will be the first one to admit when I am wrong. I really have no problem with it. That being said, I HATE being wrong.
I called 3 more stores and specifically asked the difference between consumer and business and why the cost is more. They all said because with enterprise, there's more date flowing, so it costs more. They also all said that you wouldn't be able to use an exchange account without it, the mail won't work.
This is similar to a blackberry. A co-worker who is on Verizon has his blackberry hooked up to work. his wife went and changed his plan when she got a new phone, and inadvertently put him on a consumer plan, with him (co-worker) knowing. All of a sudden his push mail wouldn't work. As soon as they placed him back to enterprise/blackberry plan, his mail worked immediately. He never changed a single setting on his phone.
So again, I think Rob may have a point, and it may work, but based now on 6 stores, I'm not sure. I would have totally agreed with Rob, except I know of this specific example...
SO DON'T TELL ME TO BACK DOWN. hehehe. j/k
