This has been answered a few dozen times, but here goes...
open the installer, choose something to install and hit install in the upper right. Now, CLEAR the QUEUE. You have something pending and you need it removed.
Next, reboot the phone and go back into the installer. Look under Sources and install the latest Community Sources.
Reboot. Try the other apps again.
