I personally have used ZiPhone with out any problems, search the threads TONS of info on this. Dont pay someone to unlock it for you if you have a PC or Mac you can do it all by yourself, trust me if I did it almost anyone can.
DONT install just any apps, search first to see if anyone is having issues with certain apps, I learned the hard way.
There are a bunch of programs to unlock along with ZiPhone, iLiberty, WINPWN which is the best out there so far judging from everyone's replies but requires certain knowledge to which I am not ready to tackle just yet.
