All you need to do is clear your queue. that is the button under add to queue, when you try to install. then try to install other packges...
1. select the app you want to install,
2. click on install,
3. it brings up a screen with install, add to queue, and clear queue
4. click on clear queue
5. click on install again.
6. pls make sure your internet is propally set up, that you can try with safari
7. you'll need a cold beer, as a gift to yourself for a good job done.
